Ekata Mahila Bachat Gath based in Balkapra village in Jawhar taluka in the Palghar district of Maharashtra started their Patrawali production center. This is the fifth Patrawali making center supported by NeevJivan Foundation. 

They were trained on making plates and bowls with leaves which are abundantly available in the local forests by us. We also helped them source the machines and raw materials.

The project funded by M/s. Bajaj Finserv as part of their CSR initiative will help generate an alternate source of income for these women and thereby empower them to contribute to the finances of their families.
