Gauravi Mahila Bachat Gath started their vermi-composting unit recently in their village Jhaap. We helped them to set up the vermicomposting pit and the shed. Having set up the pits for vermicomposting, they were filled with  cow dung and other naturally available waste materials, earthworms which were procured from a vendor Dahanu and the process was initiated.

The product once ready will be marketed under brand name – “Sanjivani”. NeevJivan Foundation has taken the responsibility of helping the members of the SHGs to sell their products for a period of atleast 1 year.
