A patrawali making unit was inaugurated at the Shiroshi village in the Jawhar taluka recently. This unit is run by members of the Hirkani Mahila Bachat Gath…. The USP of this business unit is that they produce plates and bowls using leaves from the local forest, implying that the product is 100% eco-friendly and bio-degradable in the long run.

The projects are part of the Integrated Village Development Program being supported by M/s. Tata Motors, M/s. Jaguar Land Rover and M/s. BAIF Livelihoods.
