We set up 6 micro business units in the Jawhar taluka in the Palghar district of Maharashtra in June 24. These projects were part of the “Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Program” which were supported by Tata Motors Ltd. as part of their Integrated Village Development Program in Jawhar.

The projects included 2 poultry farms, 2 Clay Cup Making Centers, 1 Brick Making Unit and 1 Vermicompost Making Unit. These projects will gainfully employ and provide livelihood opportunity for over 60 women in Aina, Jhaap and Medha villages in Jawhar.

NeevJivan Foundation will continue to support them in terms of market connect  and help them sell their products to customers.
