What We Do

Creating alternate sources of income and opportunities of sustainable livelihood for the women in their villages so that they do not have to migrate to the cities in search of greener pastures

At NeevJivan Foundation, we believe in the concept created by Mahatma Gandhi known as “Nai Talim” or “Learn by Doing”. We have adopted a 5-pronged approach to deliver our program objectives. This includes vocational skills, entrepreneurship skills, seed capital, mentorship, and market access.

Access to Funds (Seed capital)

Access to finance is the foundation of sustainable livelihoods. At NeevJivan, we empower tribal women to turn their skills into thriving micro-businesses by connecting them to diverse financial resources — giving them the confidence and capital to start, sustain, and grow their enterprises.

Guidance to set up the Shop Floor for Micro Business

With technical know-how, entrepreneurial skills, and access to funds in place, the next step is transforming ideas into enterprises. We support women entrepreneurs in every detail — from procuring machinery and raw materials to branding, packaging, compliance, and setting up fully functional shop floors that bring their dreams to life.

Market Access

We understand that market linkages are the key to the success of rural livelihoods. That’s why we go beyond training — ensuring our women entrepreneurs have strong support through both online and offline distribution channels, helping them reach customers and build sustainable businesses.
